This page is for independent roofing contractors. It is not a job listing for employees. Loosemac Roofing is a referral service. We connect homeowners with local providers. Providers do all the roofing work.

What You Get

Homeowners in DISH and the DISH area send requests when they plan a new roof. When a request fits your business, we pass it to you. You then talk to the homeowner, inspect the roof and give a written quote.

We cannot promise a number of leads or a certain income. Request volume changes with the seasons and storms.

Who We Look For

We focus on new installs and full replacements. Providers who fit well usually:

• Work on asphalt shingle, metal, tile or flat roofs.
• Know local weather, including heavy downpours, tropical storm season and hot attics.
• Handle hail damage roof replacement and other storm damage repair that leads to a full new roof.
• Serve the DISH area on a regular basis.

What We Expect

Before joining, be ready to meet these standards:

1. Hold the licenses and insurance your local rules require. 2. Give written quotes before any work begins. 3. Respond to homeowners politely and in a timely way. 4. Describe your work honestly. No pressure tactics, and no promises about insurance outcomes. 5. Stand behind your own work and your own contracts.

You remain an independent business. Loosemac Roofing does not direct your crews or set your prices.
