Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Loosemac Roofing wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use loosemac.garden. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as we can reach. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are widely used standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support this goal, we try to:
- Build pages with clear headings and a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Make pages work on phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site now and then and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a roofing provider. You can also email contact@loosemac.garden, and we will do our part to help.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@loosemac.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we change the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
Request a callback
Start with the estimate form. Prefer to talk? Request a callback to check provider availability in the DISH area.
