You should know how Loosemac Roofing works and how it gets paid. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Our Role

Loosemac Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent roofing providers. We do not inspect roofs, repair them, replace them, fix storm or hail damage, or do any other roofing work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Loosemac Roofing for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The amount can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Loosemac Roofing. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its warranties, permits, licenses and insurance
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

You Decide

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Request a written estimate. Compare other quotes before you choose.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. This is done for quality, verification and billing.
